Building Directory System (B. D. S.) is an application that can be used either as a tool to track your tenants (be it people or companies renting your office suites), or as a directory system capable of calling up a number listed in the database*.

The software provides a unified database for both end user and management level operators allowing simple backup. In Building directory mode (kiosk) the software can be placed onto a touch screen equipped kiosk, to allow visitors to your premises to easily find whom they are looking for. Users can browse a tenant, suite, or apartment list. All searches use the touchscreen keyboard.
In Management Mode (Input of information/tenant tracking) users are provided with a standard application that allows them to make changes to the database, as well as track tenants. By default the Move in and Lease Expiration dates are tracked by the application, additional information can be added upon request.
